My favorite interview so far. I’ve learned so much from Dr Cate. Especially the part about cells addicted to sugar..not just the ‘mouth’.

I’ve found it easy to give up trans fats..seed oils at home. Almost all fast food even restaurant food use seed oils. Must avoid those.
Can't give them enough ‘bad press’.
I found this presentation to be excellent. Slides very much appreciated, information flow seemed well paced to me.
