Tell me what to do on ONE PAGE

It's a journey from where you are now, to a new way of understanding your own health, a new way of thinking, a new way of eating, a new way of talking to your doctor, a new way of exercising and engaging more fully with life.

The key problem is local-navigationMetabolic Syndrome, and it's root is local-navigationInsulin Resistance. Since neither of these is a disease, and there is no immediate pain or obvious illness, you don't worry about it. Besides you know nothing about Insulin Resistance, it seems complicated, (and it is) so it's easy to ignore. Mistake? Quite likely your whole metabolic system is slowly being undermined and you don't know.

Two illustrations: The solution is in Nutrition; and in Changing Advice.

Finding Your Why?

The Banting Diet is easy, Changing How You Think is hard.

The purpose of this introductory section is to give you background, understanding, and knowledge. Jumping straight into Banting, always leads to "how can I cheat, and buying Keto products." Banting forums are full of bread, cake and desert recipes. Stop it. Learn some science. Change what you think about food, and starting Banting will be a breeze.

You have no idea where this search for health is going to lead you, your task is to begin. Begin by targeting the one thing that causes you the most distress. Each of us has to find our own way forward. We suggest you begin with the audio file. Find your purpose, your reason for doing this.

Seven minutes now might give you 10 extra years of good health.
