-liver makes VLDL which is full triglycerides & fat
In blood, triglycerides taken out into muscle and other tissues.
The original VLDL gets smaller & smaller until a cholesterol-rich LDL particle is left.
VLDL made in the liver is always triglyceride rich.
Triglycerides are used in the tissues and their loss creates LDL which is cholesterol rich.
-NORMAL LDL goes straight back to liver and is reprocessed. Damaged LDL might not be accepted by the liver and remain in the bloodstream.
