Get off to a good start
It's not true that; "everybody knows how to be healthy."
Yet, ALMOST EVERYONE believes that they "know" and don't need to learn any more about health. It's boring and nothing changes anyway.
Nutrition and health propaganda that you BELIEVE, and act on, is quite likely destroying your health.
FIRST: to the extent that you have been captured by propaganda, (and how could you know) you need to de-school yourself. Unlearn.
SECOND: You have to be responsible for what you choose to believe. Nobody else, has the ability to rebuild your new health knowledge.
