There may be excellent reasons for being vegetarian, but better health isn't one of them.
Exercise is NOT a good way to lose weight. Lose your weight FIRST.
After you've lost weight you will want to exercise. You need both strength and aerobic capacity.
There is much about heart disease that's poorly understood. High cholesterol is probably not the cause of heart disease.
There's more to learn, but that's a good start.
Get better dietary knowledge: there is much to learn and that takes time, maybe a year of more.
