Professional Practice

Price noticed the decline of the American diet and the effect of that on the teeth of young people he examined in his practice.

Price traveled the world in his retirement, looking for peoples with a healthy diet. He thought that the quality of teeth, jaw structure, and posture, was good evidence of a satisfactory diet.

He found many examples. But the American public didn't want to know that "primitive diets" were better that the food they themselves were eating.

People with ready FREE access to seafood stood out as especially healthy. Price identified some super-foods: Insects, offal meats, sea-food, fish eggs and bone marrow. Once again we can see that people who don't farm, and who are eating a ketogenic diet are healthy and well.
