Danger in the Bread Shop -

I love to eat bread, and occasionally I do eat some.
But most days, there is no bread in my diet at all.
Sometimes I make a choice to eat enough bread to clearly break my diet, but not very often, maybe once a month.
For me the effect of that is some gastric gas production.
As I get out of ketosis so I stop urinating normally. Peeing a lot less.
When I get back into ketosis maybe two days later I urinate a lot, maybe every hour for about 6 hours, and then things return to normal.
My stool also changes.
You get a bit of a nose sniffle (Atkins Flu) as you go back into ketosis.
Each time this happens I wonder if it was worth it. A minor inconvenience for a minor gastronomic pleasure.
