Sadly the Internet has been destroyed as a reliable source of health information by the urge to sell you something. Hundreds of images offering to sell you "good health". Lots about "personalised health care" and "health insurance" but very little that's useful about how to be healthy. Let's change that here. YOU are the source of your personalised better health plan.
On the left is a simple set of topics which you can use to write a simple health plan the you understand. Your Own Plan for Better Health. I suggest that it begins at less than a page.
As your knowledge grows and as discussions with you medical and health advisers develop, they might suggest more things you should try to track, and more reports you could include in "YOUR PLAN", but the key is that you wrote it and it's your responsibility to maintain it.
In the beginning we all tend to have grand ideas and commit to being too perfect. Over time try to eat well and exercise and sleep, and look after yourself like your plan says. But also be real, and make your plan about what you actually do.
