There is mixed comment about her response to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Still strongly debated in many places.
Open future Health, supported lockdowns and mask wearing, we did what we thought was best. Most countries handled the pandemic badly, and politicians can be blamed for that. A tiny number of countries followed a PLAN, in a consistent way. Those countries tended to be more successful. (Both those who chose vaccines and lockdowns, eg NZ, and those who remained open eg. Sweden.)

I absolutely loved this interview with Nora Gedgaudas! I am a HUGE fan of hers, having discovered her book "Primal Body, Primal Mind" about 6 months ago. I have since also read the other book she mentioned, "Primal Fat Burner". I changed to a ketogenic diet a few months before reading her books, and what I read only reinforced what I already knew from my own experience, and I learned heaps more!
My understanding is that the body doesn't burn protein (muscle mass) in preference to fat. I have spent months at a time in ketosis and never lost muscle mass, even when fasting. There may be more to this than meets the eye. I have found that I can get by without eating much carbohydrate. I can forward your question to Nora. Lets see what she says.
Not everyone liked this.
Why don't you start by being specific? Who exactly is wrong about what exactly. You managed to say absolutely NOTHING while implicitly rubbishing some well justified claims. A cheap and easy shoot down, with no substance to challenge the central points made. This is the lowest form of pseudo intellectual engagement.
