This is the most inspiring exercise program I've see on the internet. Several other people are doing something similar, but this program is well worth your support.
Personal Note
I used an online app called "Fitify" for three years. In recent years (3) I've been attending a gym. However, Vanja is right, in the gym you follow a pattern of exercises that is probably restricting our range of movement too much. Certainly, when I was using Fitify I was up and down from the floor very often, and in the last three years the ease of doing that has declined. You get what you train.
Vanja doesn't hide from the fact that strength and flexibility requires effort and REGULAR turning up, like EVERY day. Although if you are training hard, remember that muscles pushed to overload take time to recover. Perhaps as long as seven days.
So for myself, three times a week at the gym. Each time about 30 minutes using machines, trying to progressively increase the weight. Then often as much as 45 minutes in the aerobic area, each day using a different aerobic activity, something extended for about 15 minutes like the orbital walker, and something really demanding in short high intensity bursts with equal rest time.
On the non-gym days, I cycle with a group (Friday), I walk with another group (Monday), We go dancing Wednesday and Friday, and on those "light exercise" days I'm trying to get in some floor work like Vanja Moves suggests.

I teach movement with a body that's been through chronic tendinitis, two frozen shoulders, disc issues, recurring hip flexor strains, posture problems, ganglion cysts and nerve damage in my thoracic spine. And today it doesn't break. In this episode I read out my full injury history and the lesson attached to each one, and the pattern that runs through all of them: the conventional approach manages problems, movement done right removes them
