Pharmacist Libby Jenkinson has developed the most high profile website in New Zealand and Australia, Ditch the Carbs, starting in 2013. In 2019 she founded Low Carb Practitioners. Libby has been leading the charge for a long time.

Better health begins with understanding how we slowly disrupt the systems the healthy body has to maintain good health.
