A long list of Professionals are Advocating Change

A small number of professionals recognising the problems with the Guidelines, are recommending change. This is particularly serious with regard to type two diabetes, where the recommended diet is making people worse not better.

Sadly when professionals stand against the official guidelines that often signals the end of their professional career. Little wonder then that those who take such a stand are often at the end of their professional lives. (George Mann, John Yudkin, and Tim Noakes as examples.)
