In the next few days write some more about how your health is NOW. The more detail the better.
Make that ONE change and monitor the results for a month.

The most popular group as I write is "The Diet Doctor" about US$9 a month.
As of 2022 Open Foture Health is recommending Defeat Diabetes an Australian initiative led by Dr Peter Brukner. It's tidy, not over complex, as Diet Doctor is becoming, and for about $100 a year it's great value.
"Diabetes Dot Co Dot UK" calling itself "The Global Diabetes Community."
