Open Future Blames Supermarkets, and politicians

Supermarkets focus on "cheap food" which means carbohydrate food.

75% of Supermarket floor space is selling you high-energy food.

Most of those foods are heavily process and designed to be low-fat and yet good to eat. So they have some form of sugar added. The tell me sugar has more than forty different names.

Politicians don't want to confront commercial pressure. They want businesses to be successful, even if they are selling stuff like cigarettes and alcohol and excess carbohydrates that are making the nation sick.

The doctors office is NOT the right place to confront this issue. It is in the end political, but nothing will happen until the public demand change.
