I'm a teacher; I have no authority to give you dietary advice.
I trained as a primary school teacher. He earned a bachelors degree in Business Studies in 1982.
Most of my life I've taught “official information or guidelines” to young people.
I'm dismayed to discover in dietary guidelines, "official information" that's clearly wrong, and is never corrected. I fell into health advocacy via personal experience. I now know that what we've told we should, eat all of my life, doesn't make us healthy.
I do have experience of schools using materials supplied by banks and commercial ventures, as "educational aids" that were propaganda posing as beneficial educational tools.
Who we are and what's happening now always has roots. Each of us is also in the process of becoming, of continuing our own development. That doesn't stop just because we've reached the age of 40, 60 or 80, it continues.
I have no authority to give you dietary advice.
Re-learning about human diet, is something each of us can do for ourselves and our own families. Be an example to your grandchildren.
