This is fascinating presentation. It gives hope to an otherwise hopeless condition. It would be an easy protocol to safely inhibit other developing symptoms pre-diagnosis

And now I'm curious to see what someone on the carnivore diet with the same fat ratio instead of a regular ketogenic diet would do with the same relative diagnosis....

Reducing oxidative stress by eating a keto diet is a start . But I would like you to go further and find the nutrient deficiencies that are causing the main markers of oxidative stress in ALS . Find why cytochrome oxidase is not working in ALS. It might be related to copper deficiency. Find why there is an accumulation of iron in the brain. It's probably related to another nutrient deficiency which causes this accumulation.

Matthew Phillips replies: "Thank you. Actually all the complexes (I-IV) are faulty in ALS, not just Complex IV (cytochrome oxidase). Probably lots of things that can trigger the ALS process, possibly some that you mention, but there are others that are probably important too. Regards, Matt."
